My name is Marco and I live in Omaha Nebraska. Not a huge city, but also not so small, however, recently its been getting a lot of attention for its local eats. Most people would say that we’re know for our steakhouses, but there’s so much more than just that. From Korean BBQ wings at Night Owl to the Groque Garcon at Block 16 that made Alton Brown smile. We also have a James Beard finalist for Sushi that started Yoshitomo and Koji. I recently got married and loved every second of it. She’s a wonderful talented florist and I work at a regional bank in financial planning and analysis. I also have two wonderful dogs named Oscar (basset hound) and Buster (Dachshund) However, I started this food blog to start a new hobby and expose my cooking skills to a new level.
It was always a dream of mine to be an amazing cook and open a restaurant that highlighted authentic home made Mexican food, but I mean we all know how much work it takes to open a restaraunt.
